The principal of AWS Contractors LLC, Michael Lollis has been involved in apartment construction since 1987. Through our company’s efforts, working to satisfy the needs of construction managers in the apartment industry, AWS has developed an efficient and cost competitive framing company.

Our relationship with direct mill lumber brokers such as Idaho Pacific, allows AWS to competitively purchase lumber to turn key all materials. AWS works all over the country and is licensed in Florida, Arkansas, Missouri, North Dakota, Texas, Minnesota, Maryland, and New York, and have completed projects in all of these states.
